Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes. We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item. Follow the return process and let us know the size or colour you'd like in your email to info@ashleythelabel.com.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging and tags. Email us at info@ashleythelabel.com before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
